About us

Who we are, what this site is for, and how it pays for itself.

Think Twice Today is a small independent publication about biases, choices, risk. Every piece here starts from a question a reasonable person might ask and tries to answer it completely enough to be useful.

What we cover

The site is organised into 5 sections:

  • Biases — The predictable ways judgement bends, and what actually reduces them.
  • Choices — Trade-offs, options and why more of them is not always better.
  • Risk — Probability in ordinary life, and the numbers people consistently misread.
  • Evidence — What a study can and cannot tell you, and how to weigh one.
  • Habits — The routines that decide most outcomes long before any decision is made.

Reasoning and judgement. Process and admin belong to What Nobody Explains. Keeping the remit narrow is deliberate; a title that covers everything covers nothing well.

How we work

Our standard is simple: a piece should be accurate, it should be complete enough to act on, and it should be honest about its own limits. An article that leaves out the awkward part is not finished.

Our full editorial policy sets out how pieces are researched, reviewed and corrected.

How this site is funded

Think Twice Today is supported by advertising placed around the articles. That is the entire commercial relationship: advertisers buy space, not coverage. No piece is written to order, and none is reviewed by an advertiser before publication.

Who publishes it

Think Twice Today is published by Solanki Editorial Services, a business owned and run by Pooja Solanki, registered in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. It has been publishing since 2023.

The registered address appears on our contact page and in our terms and conditions. The quickest way to reach the editorial desk is the form on the contact page, or editorial@thinktwicetoday.com.
